Raw material control:

Milesen obtained Certificate of GB/T19001-2016 /ISO9001:2015;ISO Registered #:06721Q20630R1M ,Our in house test incluses X-Ray Inspection, Micron Testing, Mesh Roll Inspection and Relative customized test.

We can provide the Mill Certificate for free, can provide sample and service for 3rd party test like Rohs, SGS MSDS and White House Micron Test.

Product quality control:

Based on the ISO 9001 quality system and ASTM E2016-15 mesh quality standards, we conduct comprehensive pre-shipment testing, covering mesh size, aperture, wire diameter, mesh dimensions, and any potential weaving defects to ensure our products meet the highest quality expectations. To enhance mesh strength and ensure weft wire straightness, we employ stretching as an effective technique. Additionally, during the slitting process, we perform re-inspections to identify and address any mesh defects or surface imperfections, further ensuring the integrity of the final product.

   

   

Milesen consistently supplies high-quality epoxy coated wire mesh, supported by rigorous testing procedures, including salt spray tests and high-temperature oil resistance tests. Our pleating equipment simulates the manufacturing process or can be customized to specific requirements, allowing us to assess the performance of epoxy resin coatings under various conditions. This capability is instrumental in the development and enhancement of new products.
